To obtain a refund for a product purchased directly on ShopHope.com please email [email protected] and include your name, phone number, order confirmation number, and what we can do better next time. In order to obtain a refund, you must also return the unopened product to Hope Health. Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the date of purchase. All refunds issued will be for the product purchase price.
